Showers Plus brand shower heads are very high quality. We guarantee each and every one of our products to be free from defect for a period of one year from the initial purchase. Please note that we are unable to warranty the finish to be free of water spots, etc. For information on how to keep your showerhead clean, please visit our cleaning section. Please note that dispensers are covered by a two year warranty.

Returns

Please note that all products are covered by a money back guarantee. This guarantee does not apply to used products. A return must come to us in like new condition. We will not accept wet shower heads or shower heads with teflon tape stuck in the threads. If you have specific questions on this policy, please contact us for more information.
