Warranty and Returns

All sales are final. Absolutely no refunds after 30 days. In case buyer would like to return a non-defective product, a restocking fee of 15% will apply. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping cost for non-defective return. Returned product must be unused, without any wrench marks, securely packed in its original packaging and insured for the full purchase value. A refund decision will be made after we have received and inspected the returned product.

We offer a one-year warranty on all of our shower products. Dispensers have a 2 year manufacturer's warranty. Under this warranty, we will repair or replace any defected product. The Warranty does not apply when the item has been tampered with, misused, improperly installed, altered, was damaged through abuse or accident.
