Warranty and Returns

One year parts only warranty on all Showers Plus products.

Returns of shower heads that have been used, had water run through them, or wrench marks of any type is not allowed.

Only returns of new and unused items within 30 days only is allowed and returned in their original packaging will have a 15% restock fee. Buyer pays return shipping.
